Chelsea Levane serves as the director of investments at Cabot Properties, where she leads industrial acquisitions and development across West Coast markets. Since 2021, Levane has played a lead role in deploying approximately $820 million across 16 strategic investments. A major recent achievement was sourcing Cabot’s first internally led development deal on the West Coast, a milestone that has significantly expanded the firm's regional growth capabilities. Levane is known for her relationship-driven approach, often securing off-market opportunities by building long-term trust with brokers and developers. Her leadership was further established when she opened Cabot’s Orange County office in 2021. Beyond her transactional success, Levane is the assistant vice chair of the ULI Orange County Industrial Local Product Council and participates in the NAIOP SoCal Diversity & Inclusion Taskforce.
