As managing director and head of corporate investments at Faropoint, Jordan Nathan has institutionalized the historically overlooked small-bay industrial segment. Nathan oversees a corporate vertical that includes acquisitions, asset management, and construction, managing approximately $40 billion in annual deal flow. Under her leadership, the firm's portfolio has grown to over 25 million square feet, representing more than $4 billion in assets under management. She has been a pioneer in integrating technology into real estate, collaborating with Faropoint’s R&D team to develop proprietary acquisition tools that leverage machine learning. Nathan also successfully expanded the firm's Midwest presence, executing over 60 acquisitions in markets such as Chicago and Cincinnati. Outside of Faropoint, she leads a NAIOP forum and is a dedicated supporter of Aspire Chicago, a nonprofit that assists adults with developmental disabilities.
