Tressa Shiplett is the vice president and market officer for Prologis in Denver, where she manages a premier industrial portfolio of 9.34 million square feet. Within only nine months of joining the firm in 2025, Shiplett led the execution of a 330,200-square-foot lease, the largest of its kind in that market for the year. Under her leadership, the Denver portfolio reached over 98% occupancy by the end of 2025, contributing to the firm's record-breaking global leasing volume. Shiplett is currently managing a bold transition to a new brokerage team for the entire Denver portfolio, the first such shift in two decades. Her career spans 20 years, including prior experience leading a 6-million-square-foot medical office and life sciences portfolio. Shiplett also holds civic leadership roles on the boards of the Aurora Economic and Development Council and the City of Denver Chamber of Commerce.
