Jenny Zhan is the founder and CEO of Beyond Holding Company, an alternative investment management firm she launched in 2020. In 2025, she expanded the firm’s services to include direct property management, which successfully increased occupancy in its Texas office buildings from 40% to 80%. Zhan’s firm has also assisted over 100 families with EB-5 investment visas, helping them identify real estate projects that meet stringent federal criteria.
