Teresa Zien is a managing director of capital markets at Invesco Real Estate, where she leads strategy for $87 billion in global assets. Zien recently spearheaded a landmark transaction: the structuring and closing of Invesco’s inaugural commercial real estate collateralized loan obligation for INCREF. At $1.2 billion, this was the largest diversified CRE CLO issued in the U.S. since 2022, a major feat accomplished amid volatile market conditions. In addition to her transactional leadership, she chairs Invesco’s North America Debt Screening Committee and is a co-portfolio manager for the Invesco Commercial Mortgage Income Fund. Zien’s influence extends to industry governance as a member of the Board of Governors for the CRE Finance Council. She is also a founding member of the council’s Women’s Advisory Board and actively empowers colleagues through the Invesco Women’s Network
