Clay Maxwell leads as the Senior Director for Enterprise Communications & Brand at Greystar, where she built the internal "Studio" team from the ground up. With 14 years of experience, Maxwell oversaw the successful global implementation of Greystar’s refreshed branding, managing the update of hundreds of corporate documents and internal platforms within a single year. In 2025, she directed over 400 creative projects and led a global brand video campaign that generated more than 2 million impressions. Her leadership is marked by an ability to translate complex business priorities into brand-aligned communication systems that increase efficiency across the organization. Maxwell was recently honored with the All-Star Excellence Award for her mentorship and contributions to workplace culture. She also serves on the board of "Kids on Point," a nonprofit supporting students in Charleston, reflecting her commitment to community athletics and academic mentoring.
