With over 31 years of experience, Broadway oversees management operations across major Texas hubs, including Dallas, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio. Her strategic leadership has yielded measurable growth, including a 16% increase in territory revenue and a 18% year-over-year increase in Net Operating Income. Furthermore, she successfully led three management consolidations, adding more than $2 million in territory revenue to the Greystar platform.

Known for her transparency and ability to navigate complexity, Broadway co-leads the Operations Process team, influencing operational decisions for onsite members nationwide. She is a dedicated mentor who participates in the Women’s Inclusion Network (WIN) Thrive Program and hosts executive roundtables to share industry best practices.
