Alice Myers, Senior Managing Director at KWP Real Estate, is a 33-year industry veteran responsible for over 4 million sq. ft. of commercial assets in Southern California. Myers is widely recognized as a "pro’s pro," delivering elite management standards to both small family-owned assets and large institutional portfolios. Her recent accomplishments include navigating the recovery efforts for retail properties affected by the devastating 2025 Palisades Fire and overseeing $1 million in construction management projects, including a specialty build-out for a children’s therapy provider.

Acknowledged as a CRE Visionary by the L.A. Times, Myers has earned multiple BOMA Greater Los Angeles TOBY Awards and was named BOMA Member of the Year in 2018. She serves as an invaluable liaison between management and third-party asset managers, establishing policies that have modernized financial reporting and construction oversight for her clients.
