Jessica Correnti serves as the EVP of Distribution & National Accounts at Capital Square, where she has nearly tripled the firm's selling group for its DST/1031 exchange program. Her leadership has helped reposition the company as a top-five industry leader. Correnti’s career is defined by extraordinary resilience; she overcame a major stroke early in life that left her temporarily paralyzed, yet she returned to complete her Certified Financial Planner certification. Nationally recognized for her judgment, she was recently elected to the ADISA Board of Directors and selected for the Institute for Portfolio Alternatives (IPA) Rising Leaders Cohort. At Capital Square, she manages a diverse team of 17 professionals and has successfully integrated AI tools to streamline internal processes. Correnti is also a dedicated mentor and a member of the Working Mom Collective, where she collaborates with other leaders to advocate for ethics and transparency within the alternative investment sector.
