Tobi Jaiyesimi, VP of Real Estate at Kasirer, is a specialist in guiding transformative projects through New York City’s intricate regulatory and political landscapes. She played a central role in securing approvals for the Five Times Square project, an adaptive reuse of a former office building that will deliver 1,250 new homes, 25% of which are permanently affordable. Jaiyesimi also successfully navigated the Landmarks Preservation Commission to convert underutilized structures into residential units. Her previous experience at Empire State Development, where she facilitated over 30 public meetings for the Five World Trade Center project, provides her with an unmatched fluency in public-private partnerships. Currently, she serves as the Cohort Co-Chair for ULI NEXT New York and is a 2025 Women inPower Fellow. Her commitment to community extends to mentoring through the Urban Land Institute and working with high school students via the Women in Government program.
