Allison Fremed holds dual roles as COO and portfolio manager at Galvanize Real Estate, making her a rare female leader in both the C-suite and fund management. Fremed was a founding member of the business and leverages a background from RBC Capital Markets and Goldman Sachs to drive outperformance. She is responsible for the platform's operating model, liquidity management, and the development of a robust sustainability methodology for tracking KPIs. A major highlight of the past year was her leadership in the successful closing of Galvanize Real Estate’s inaugural fund, where she oversaw the full fundraising cycle and negotiated directly with investors. Fremed’s unique perspective allows her to structure portfolios with the flexibility needed to protect against downside risks, such as cost overruns, while capitalizing on accretive leasing opportunities. Outside the office, she chairs the community building committee at her children's school and serves on its technology committee.
