Amarjit Bains, known to colleagues as "Marj," has navigated a remarkable career path since launching her real estate journey as a temporary receptionist in 2002. Now serving as Senior Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, Bains brings 24 years of industry experience to her oversight of national property management initiatives, including a TIAA portfolio exceeding 12 million sq. ft.. Her leadership has been instrumental in executing more than $500 million in capital and tenant-improvement projects, demonstrating mastery of financial operations and construction oversight. One of Bains' most significant recent contributions was her role in the 2024 sale of 701 Brickell, which was Florida’s second-largest office transaction and the fourth-largest nationwide. Her commitment to excellence is further evidenced by her collection of eight consecutive TIAA-CREF MVP and Four Diamond Awards, as well as multiple BOMA TOBY honors, including Property Manager of the Year. Beyond managing assets like the 1.7 million sq. ft. Waterford Business District, Bains serves as National Co-Chair of Cushman & Wakefield's Aspire Employee Resource Group and mentors the next generation of talent through Project Destined.
