Erika Mittenberg, Senior Vice President of Property Management at Realterm, provides comprehensive oversight for a North American industrial portfolio encompassing 30 million sq. ft. and 430 facilities. With over 30 years of experience, Mittenberg led the development of "The Realterm Way," a strategic framework consisting of six pillars—including financial performance and sustainability—that ensures operational excellence across 627 tenants. Her leadership has translated property management into a competitive advantage, maintaining controllable operating expense increases at 4% or less while ensuring rapid response times on tenant work orders.

Over the past year, Mittenberg was promoted to her current executive role and spearheaded the creation of a massive utility data collection workbook. This tool organizes over 2,600 lines of data to support ESG initiatives and has facilitated the analysis of nearly 30,000 utility invoices. A Licensed Real Estate Broker, she is also pursuing her Certified Property Manager designation and holds an Organizational Leadership certification from Cornell.
