Stacy Krumin is the Managing Partner of Squire Patton Boggs’ Tampa office and served on the firm's Global Board from 2020 to 2025, where she helped lead the firm through uncertain financial markets. Krumin manages a team handling an incredibly high volume of transactions for a national retailer and a global real estate asset management firm. She recently closed a mid-nine-figure exclusive financing arrangement for land banking transactions. Her practice covers the full lifecycle of commercial assets, from ground-up development and sale-leasebacks to loan portfolio sales and troubled debt workouts. She also advises private equity sponsors on the real estate needs of their portfolio companies. Krumin is an active mentor to young lawyers and a participant in the firm’s Women’s Enterprise network. Outside the office, she serves on the Board of Trustees for Corbett Preparatory School and has been deeply involved in their fundraising efforts for many years. Her business-minded approach allows her to find effective solutions to complex challenges where others only see problems. She also handles the real estate components of complex corporate transactions.
