Nina Roket is the Co-Managing Partner of Olshan Frome Wolosky LLP and was the firm's first female equity partner and member of the executive committee. Roket recently advised JEMB Realty on a $300 million CMBS financing and preferred equity restructuring for Herald Center and represented Williams Equities in a $147.5 million office acquisition of 470 Park Avenue South. She also led the $80 million leasing of a first-of-its-kind training facility for the New York Liberty and managed headquarters and flagship leases for the global luxury brand The Row. In the hospitality sector, she represented Sunday Hospitality in its acquisition of the Bedford Post Inn. Roket founded Olshan’s Women’s Committee and serves on the board of Beit Ruth, where she received the Spirit Award in 2025 for her dedication to at-risk girls. She is a frequent speaker and was recently featured in Commercial Observer's "Power Player Profile" as a leading force in New York real estate. She also participates in mentorship through WX and the Urban Land Institute. Known for "thinking like an owner," Roket aligns legal strategy with business outcomes for her clients.
