Diane Botson serves as the Global Real Estate Lead at Vanguard, where she manages a vast portfolio encompassing 7 million square feet across 60 locations on four continents. With more than 25 years of industry experience, Botson has directed over $500 million in global transactions, most recently spearheading the company’s expansion into India by negotiating a 500,000-square-foot lease for a new Global Capability Center. Beyond her corporate achievements, Botson is a cornerstone of professional development in the real estate community. She has served as an adjunct professor in Drexel University’s Real Estate Program since 2019, bridging the gap between academic theory and real-world application for future leaders. Currently serving as President of the CoreNet Global Philadelphia Chapter, Botson is recognized for her ability to navigate complex global markets with strategic clarity. At Vanguard, she also pioneered a LEED program that resulted in 2 million square feet of certified projects and provided internal training for more than 30 employees to earn their LEED accreditation.
