As the Managing Director and Market Leader for CBRE Las Vegas, Cassie Catania-Hsu oversees the strategic and financial performance of more than 200 professionals across diverse service lines. Her leadership extends beyond Southern Nevada, as she recently took on oversight for CBRE’s offices in Utah and Albuquerque. Catania-Hsu is a transformational mentor known for her accessibility and her dedication to advancing women in the industry. She is a member of the CBRE National Women’s Network Board of Directors and recently served as a mentor for the Empower Hour program, providing one-on-one insights to emerging professionals. Catania-Hsu has a long history of industry service, having served as past President of both NAIOP Southern Nevada and CREW Las Vegas. Her advocacy was recognized nationally when she was named the 2024 NAIOP National Volunteer of the Year. Within the academic sphere, she serves as Vice Chair of the UNLV Lied Center for Real Estate Council of Advisors, where she connects students with industry leaders and coordinates shadowing opportunities at CBRE.
