Berkadia Beefs Up Multifamily Fire Power in Atlanta

The firm is making this move at a time when multifamily industry watchers remain bullish on the landscape.

ATLANTA—Berkadia hired Russ Hardy as managing director of its Atlanta office. He will work in conjunction with an investment sales team led by senior managing directors Andrew Mays and Paul Vetter, who have closed over $1.1 billion in apartment sales over the last two years alone.

“Russ brings a strong combination of energy, charisma and transactional experience, which meshes perfectly with our Atlanta-based investment sales team,” says Keith Misner, senior vice president and head of Investment Sales at Berkadia. “His proven track record and commitment to client service will immediately impact our team.”
