The one-story, 14,000-sf building is 100% occupied and is located at the intersection of Interstate 17 and the Loop 101 Freeway, says Cindy Talmadge, of RREEF's Chicago office.

"It is an excellent location," Talmadge tells GlobeSt.com. "It's a growth area."

Talmadge wouldn't disclose the price paid to the seller, a private partnership known as Orsett 101 LLC. But the deal is a latest in a string of acquisitions that RREEF has made in the Southwest and on the West Coast.

Just last week, RREEF said it had agreed to buy the 800,000-sf Stadium Plaza business park in Anaheim, CA, for about $60 million from real estate investment trust giant Spieker Properties.
