The firm plans to lease out about 140,000 sf of office space in the proposed complex, known as the Warm Springs Corporate Center. The property is located on Grimmer Boulevard between Warm Springs Boulevard and Interstate 680, a major area artery. It is also across the street from a proposed Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) train station.
Asyst is currently located a few miles south of the property.
Construction is expected to start in the spring. The first phase will consist of about 330,000 sf in two office buildings and one manufacturing building.
The entire complex will eventually house six office buildings and the one manufacturing building. Plans go before the city's planning commission Sept. 14.
