The firm plans to lease out about 140,000 sf of office space inthe proposed complex, known as the Warm Springs Corporate Center.The property is located on Grimmer Boulevard between Warm SpringsBoulevard and Interstate 680, a major area artery. It is alsoacross the street from a proposed Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART)train station.

Asyst is currently located a few miles south of theproperty.

Construction is expected to start in the spring. The first phasewill consist of about 330,000 sf in two office buildings and onemanufacturing building.
