Cox is one of the nation's fastest-growing telecommunications companies. Its new building has 118,264 sf of space and stands on an 11-acre parcel at 5651 Copley Drive, west of State Route 52.

The brokerage of Goldman Ferguson Partners represented Cox in the transaction. The local office of Colliers International repped seller Wescopley LLC, a private partnership headed by Southland investor Michael Ibe.
