Thetwo-year-old building at 17030 Goldentop Rd. is situated on eightacres in the 4S Ranch business park. It boasts a prime location,with good access to Interstate 15 and a new link to State Route 56,which is scheduled to open in 2001.
CB Richard Ellis' San Diego Central office represented theseller's board of trustees while San Diego-based SENTRE PartnersInc. has acted on behalf of the buyer. SENTRE is an acronym forStewards and Entrepreneurs of Real Estate.
