Lyon, a seasoned commercial real estate professional, brings tothe table 28 years of experience marketing commercial real estateproperties throughout the Puget Sound area. He is a certifiedmember of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CCIM)and has been awarded the Society of Industrial and Officer Realtordesignation. Lyon is also a past president of the WashingtonAssociation of Realtors, the Tacoma Pierce County Association ofRealtors and is the two-time past president of Washington's CCIMChapter. Lyon currently serves as a member of the Real EstateAdvisory Board at Washington State University and is on the Boardof Directors of Tacoma's Economic Development Board.

Lyon says he does not yet know what his role on the board willbe, but plans to do what he can to help the Heritage FinancialCorporation continue to grow.
