The three buildings headed to the market are all fully leased.701 Gateway is a six-story structure, with over 170,000 sf ofrentable space. Major tenants include Actuate Corporation, whichspecializes in internet-based information delivery systems, andRockwell International, manufacturer of communications products.650 Gateway is a 100,000 sf facility fully leased to CoulterPharmaceuticals. Advanced Medicine Incorporated is the currenttenant at the three-story R&D building at 901 Gateway.
The sale is expected to bring in up to $130 million for thedeveloper. CB Richard Ellis out of Foster City is representingHines.
