Following that trend, Opus West Corp. is calling its new OpusTech Center here a success, announcing that Solectron andSiliconrax-Sliger are both buying 42,000-sf facilities in thecomplex's first phase of development. The second phase should becompleted in the next month. Meanwhile, Cisco Systems last weekannounced plans to build a 3.4 million-sf campus in the city, andthe data-storage company Viacom Systems also announced says it willmove to Fremont from nearby Mountain View.
