The land involved is currently owned by Alameda County. While Sun officials are keeping mum about the project, the finished product could easily accommodate several thousand employees. This possible deal points once again to the escalating real estate prices in San Francisco and the Peninsula that are pushing more companies and employers into the East Bay.
