Ohio National Insurance sold the four-story, 32,780-sf building at 1060 Eighth Ave. and C Street. Business Real Estate Brokerage Co. represented Professors Capital, while the seller was represented by Sperry Van Ness.

Leasing of the building, which was constructed in 1980 on a 10,000-sf corner lot, will be handled by BRE.
