All in all, though, things won't seem that much different. Gibbs & Olson's certified inspector will be Doug Johnson, who once worked for the county building and planning department and currently carries out inspections in the cities of Winlock and Woodland. Johnson also sits is on the Kalama Planning Commission and the Kalama Urban Growth Boundary Review Committee.
