California Investor Picks Up Office and Industrial Project for $14.4 Mil

PHOENIX-An office and industrial project near Interstate 10 along the southern edge of the Valley has been purchased by a California-based investor.

PHOENIX-A California investor has purchased an office and industrial project in southeast Phoenix for $14.4 million.

George Gagos purchased the Mountain Vista Commercial Center, a 133,600-sf office and industrial project at 14647 S. 50th St. The project is adjacent to Interstate 10, in near Ahwatukee Foothills, a vast residential community on the Valley’s southern edge. The newly built project is full leased.
