The four-story, 47,247-sf office building located at 1020 Prospect Street in La Jolla was purchased by 1020 Prospect Street LP, a California limited partnership with NSD Ventures LLC as its limited partner. The seller was Prospect Associates, LLC, a California limited liability company.

Tony Young, an independent agent, and Mike Slattery and Trenton Bonner of Business Real Estate Brokerage Co./NAI represented the buyer in the transaction. The seller represented itself.

The building is fully leased to 17 tenants. Occupants include Prudential California Realty and American Express. Prospect Center, built in 1968, previously sold for $11.7 million in June of 2000. Mike Slattery and Trenton Bonner represented the seller in the previous transaction.
