The Melvin D. Ricks Family Limited Partnership, a SanDiego-based investor, bought the 21,212-sf building, according toGrubb & Ellis Co. The transaction was valued at $2.35million.

The building, which is located at 7974 Haven Ave., was 100%leased at the time of sale. The property was sold by RanchoPacifica Plaza LLC of Rancho Cucamonga.

Greg Martin of Grubb & Ellis' Ontario office represented theseller in the transaction. Dean Bloomquist of Delta Commercialrepresented the buyer.
