Alameda Dr. The buyer, an authorized dealer for Sharp digital copiers and fax systems, will use its portion for its headquarters, showroom and service center. The building is sandwiched between Southern Avenue, Broadway Road, Mill Avenue and Priest.
Handling talks for the buyer was Steve Bodeman of the Phoenix office of DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services. Ross Brown Partners' Phoenix team of Jim Stockwell and Mike Goldwater, represented the seller.
