Schultz represented both parties in the sale of the Advanced Power Technologies building, comprised of 2.63 acres of land with a 4,020 sf building on site. Purchased by West Feliciana Properties LLC for Glassow Ventures LLC, the building was valued at $2.75 million.

In another deal, Schultz represented both parties in the sale of the Pilot Butte Medical Center building in a transaction valued at $4.5 million. The seller was Pilot Butte Medical Center LLC, and the buyer was Sea Shelter Properties.

Last, he represented the Stonewood Group in the sale of the RiverPark Building in a transaction valued at $1.18 million. The buyer of was JGL, LLC.
