Fryday, with seven years of appraisal work under his belt, comes to C&W from James Brown & Associates in Salem, where he was a senior housing real estate appraiser preparing market studies for independent and assisted living congregate care facilities and nursing homes. Prior to that, he worked as a general contractor for several years.

Booth, a sixth generation Oregonian, joined Cushman & Wakefield's in August 1995 as part of the New York Advisory Services Group. There he specialized in the appraisal of large retail developments, including regional malls, department stores and specialty entertainment centers.

"After working for six years in New York, I feel fortunate to be … back in my home town," said Booth.
