Encompassing 49,284 sf, the two-building complex stands on the southeast corner of Willow Creek Road and Business Park Avenue. It consists of two facilities, a 24,972-sf building at 10021 Willow Creek Rd. and a 24,312-sf building at 9775 Business Park Ave. The complex, completed in 1984, is currently occupied by WorldxChange Communications and Semtech Corp., among other tenants.

The Shidler Group originally acquired the Scripps Park complex in August of 2000. It purchased the property from Burnham Pacific Operating Partnership LP, a holding company for Burnham Pacific Properties, for nearly $5.6 million.

In the most recent exchange, Buie Investment I LLC acquired the office complex from The Shidler Group entity Reynolds Family Properties LLC. Both sides were represented in-house in the transaction.
