"Virginia is ideally located on the eastern seaboard to service the many environmentally challenged properties close to waterways and harbors," company president Ron Walmer says of the decision to locate in the state. Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Ontario, Canada had been on the list of possible sites. "This central location allows us to easily commute to most locations on the East Coast. We believe Lunenburg County provides us with the employee base necessary to form the highest level workforce available."
