Jeffrey Giller, managing member of Towbes Capital Partners, saysthe fund will invest in triple-net-leased office and industrialproperties, emphasizing geographic and tenant diversification.Giller says the fund's investment goal will be to provide "secureand growing cash flow" by acquiring properties occupied by qualitycredit tenants.
