Spindex Physical Therapy USA Inc. of Mesa purchased the 1727 E.Bell Rd. single-story property from seller Sondra Reeves-Bowlesfive months after it went on the market. The building sits at BellRoad's intersection with 17th Street.
"There was quite a lot of interest because there's not a lot onthe market in that size that's new and nice," Laura Becker withDaum Commercial Real Estate Services in Phoenix, tells GlobeSt.com."To find something like this is a rarity, that's why we got suchgood interest."
The concrete block office building, built in 1999, will be thesecond location for the buyer's physical therapy business. The firmalso has a location in Scottsdale, Becker said.Becker representedthe seller in the transaction. The buyer was represented by BrentBowles with Greystone Properties of Phoenix.
