Vineyard Community Church had leased one of the facilities, a21,500-sf building at 27631 El Lazo Rd., for nearly 10 years. Thechurch chose to purchase the building and an an adjacent 50,000-sfstructure at 27671 La Paz Rd. so it has room to expand.

Louis Tomaselli, Mitch Zehner and Rob Socci, all with VoitCommercial Brokerage's Anaheim Metro office, represented theseller, Voit Development Co. of Woodland Hills. Gary Stache of CBRichard Ellis Inc.'s Newport Beach office negotiated for the LagunaNiguel church.

Tomaselli tells that the church will use thebuildings for worship services as well as office space foradministrative operations. Both buildings are single-story,concrete tilt-up structures that were built in 1980. The buildingpurchases follow substantial growth at the church, which wasfounded in 1997 and initially held services in a school auditoriumbefore moving to its now-permanent facilities.
