TROY, OH-HSA Commercial Real Estate recently entered the Troy/Dayton market with the purchase of a 211,900-sf industrial facility at 1260 Brukner Dr. The acquisition brings the Chicago-based firm's Ohio portfolio to 10 properties totaling 2.2 million sf.
An HSA spokesperson tells GlobeSt.com that 1260 Brukner Dr. is well situated in an area that has become an automotive distribution center. Built in 1996, the distribution facility is located on approximately 13 acres, a quarter mile from Interstate 75. The building has 24- to 27-foot clear height ceilings and 14 loading docks. It is 100% leased to NK Parts Industries Inc., which provides logistics and transportation services to customers such as American Honda, Toyota and Subaru.
David Lange of Commercial Investment Partners represented HSA in the transaction. Mark D'lott of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker represented the seller, a privately owned investment trust.
HSA's Ohio portfolio includes six properties in Columbus and three properties in Cincinnati, according to the spokesperson. The Columbus properties, which range from 96,000 sf to 509,000 sf, include 240,000 sf at 6700 Port Rd. in Groveport; 505,000 sf at 2071 W. Belt Dr. in Columbus; and 509,000 sf at 2727 London-Groveport Rd. in Groveport. The Cincinnati facilities include 125,000 sf at 918 LeSaint in Fairfield; and 325,000 sf at 7700 Earhart Court in Hebron, KY.
