The program with Muller is one of a number of efforts that PBChas under way as a commercial janitorial company with operations inCalifornia, Colorado, and Arizona that sevice a portfolio of 103million sf of property. PBC has designed the programs to assist itscustomers in achieving LEED certification and realizing a number ofbenefits that result from the certifications, according to IanBress, CEO of PBC.

In addition to its programs assisting customers with LEEDcertifications, PBC recently formed an alliance with LincMechanical, one of the largest networks of mobile HVAC serviceproviders in the nation, to collaborate on certification efforts onbehalf of building owners. PBC's Conley explains that the alliancewith Linc is designed to "create a focused consulting serviceoffering that provides direct guidance on all environmental mattersimpacting the property manager." He cites the Linc Group'sexpertise in energy solutions, mechanical systems and electricalengineering as complements to the services that PBC provides.
