Tim Jackson, T. Courtenay Jenkins and Whitney M. Nye of Cushman & Wakefield represented the building owner, Behringer Harvard Funds. Matthew Haas and Kevin Haus of Manekin represented UPI.

Behringer bought the 24-story, 368,194 square foot building in December 2004 for approximately $52 million. As of March 13, 2009, the building was 83% leased, a drop from its high in 2007, when Jackson told Globest.com that the building was at 95% occupancy.
