[IMGCAP(2)]JLL notes that the appointment of Belisle to his newpost enables Dan Probst, chairman of energy and sustainabilityservices globally, to focus on firm-wide strategy and serviceintegration among its three regions. Succeeding Belisle aspresident of PDS is Todd Burns, who previously served as thegroup's COO. Belisle will continue to chair PDS's specialtypractices for the firm including hotels, healthcare, criticalfacilities, and industrial products.

Belisle has served as President of PDS since the start of 2006,and previously led the group's West Coast operations. Beforejoining Jones Lang LaSalle, he was director of development andprogram management for the Walt Disney Co., where he wasresponsible for real estate strategies.

Under Belisle, PDS also has been involved in 73 LEED projectstotaling over 35 million square feet in the Americas. The USEnvironmental Protection Agency has named Jones Lang LaSalle a 2010Energy Star Partner of the Year and the California SustainabilityAlliance recently awarded JLL its California SustainabilityShowcase Award for commercial buildings. The alliance, funded byCalifornia utility customers under the auspices of the CaliforniaPublic Utilities Commission, is a program designed to help meet thestate of California's energy, climate, resource and environmentalgoals.
