PHOENIX-Helix Capital has launched a new asset managementdivision, naming Pamela Johns as managing director of thegroup.
The new division will handle Helix Capital’s own commercial realestate portfolio, as well as the properties of other owners. Italready is growing at a brisk pace with 30 properties undercontract, all in the local metro area.
Helix Capital, which invests in mortgage debt and commercial,owns or manages a portfolio of nearly 1.5 million square feet ofoffice, retail and industrial properties, along with 150multifamily units. It also offers third-party debt and equityfinancing.
