Every week I work hard to take the pulse of the market and toprovide readers with insightful and interesting perspectives on thereal estate industry. However, I must admit that this week I amexasperated. I am not sure whether I should be up or down, pro orcon, here or there. This market is befuddling. I speak daily withCEO’s, intermediaries, investors and corporate real estateexecutives, and all are tentative in their view of where the realestate play will be, and how to play it. However there is one clearview: There is no doubt to any real estate executive that therewill be an investment play, of great proportions, ahead in thefallout of this very confusing market. Just wait, and wait, andwait and see.
