WINTER SPRINGS, FL-NakedPizza, a franchise based out of New Orleans, has signed a lease for 1,320 sf of space at Woodcreek Square, Winter Springs in Central Florida. Through Thick & Thin LLC is doing business as NakedPizza and specializes in pizzas that do not use preservatives and additives.

The site is owned by Poseidon Investments Inc. The landlord was represented by Phil Carter of Quest Company of Central Florida Inc., while David Marks of Marketplace Advisors Inc. represented the tenant. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
