GREENWOOD, MS-Greenwood-based Mike Rozier Construction Co. has built over 200 stores for Dollar General Co. since 1997. However, lately due to the fall in demand for retail market, it has been unable to sell off a portfolio consisting of 31 Dollar General Stores in Arkansas, Mississippi, Texas and Louisiana.
