Motel on Route 5 to House Studio Apartments

BUFFALO-Buffalo-based developer Don Reeves has plans to convert a former Howard Johnson's Motor Inn on Route 5 in Hamburg into an apartment complex.

BUFFALO-Buffalo-based developer Don Reeves has plans to convert a former Howard Johnson's Motor Inn on Route 5 in Hamburg into an apartment complex. The two-story building measures 24,000 square feet and has been placed under contract.

The developer is in talks with Hamburg officials to convert the building to house 67 studio apartments. Big Development LLC owns the property and the deal between them and Reeves is expected to close soon. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal.
