DALLAS-Officials have estimated that the cost of redeveloping Dallas Love Field could exceed $1 billion. About $519 million is being utilized to replace the terminal in Love Field. About $250 million is expected to be used for an automated people mover, while the rest will be utilized for drainage, aprons, new taxi ways and other improvements.
