BALTIMORE-The Ritz-Carlton Residences in Baltimore has reduced its asking prices for 30 of its 166 high-end condos, which are still unsold. The asking prices have been reduced by 30%.
The Inner Harbor development, which was finished two years ago, has managed to sell just 24 units out of 190 as demand for homes has dropped. New prices for the condos range from $499,000 to $2.1 million, much lower than the original asking prices that ranged from $800,000 to $5 million. For the full story, go to Baltimore Sun.
